9003IB MOS chip Integrated Board DC Control Circuit Module

9003IB MOS chip Integrated board is used to replace 9003 MOS chips that have failed hash boards, such as Antminer S19, T19, D7, L7, Iceriver KS3L, etc.

9003IB is the abbreviation of 9003 MOS chip Integrated Board. This module integrates 6 pieces of the TPHR9003NL MOS chip. Using the 9003IB module, the hash board's DC control circuit, ASIC chip, and LDO chip can be effectively protected. 9003IB integrates MOS tubes and precision resistors. The most important and useful is during maintenance, you only need to weld the integrated board. It is simple to operate and does not require time-consuming welding of MOS tubes. It shortens maintenance time and downtime, can be put on the shelf quickly, and increases mining profits.

9003 Integrated board applicable environment:

1. When the hash board has problems such as pad detachment, breakdown, burnt, MOS tube abnormality, or failure to work properly, replacing the 9003IB integrated board can effectively protect the ASIC chip and LDO chip, etc., and avoid abnormal voltage and current from damaging a large number of components, causing damage to the entire hash board. In the case of abnormal voltage and current, if you choose to use or replace the integrated module, it will only damage the integrated module and will not damage components such as ASIC chips and LDO chips.

2. If it is a normal working hash board, choosing the 9003IB board for upgrade and modification is recommended. When abnormal voltage and current occur, it will only burn or break down the 9003IB integrated board, thus protecting other circuits and components of the hash board. The circuits of the miners on the mining farm are all connected in series. How to install the 9003IB MOS module?

1. Confirm that the first pin of the hash board MOS tube is in the same direction as the first pin of the 9003IB MOS tube.

2. Remove the hash board TPHR9003NL MOS chip and the heat sink on the back of the MOS tube chip.

3. Apply solder paste to the back of the 9003IB board (the solder paste only needs to cover the area in contact with the copper plate of the hash board)

4. Install 9003IB to the hash board (refer to step 2 for installation directions)

5. Use a hot air gun to melt the solder paste. You can use flux oil to help melt it, and tweezers gently press the module. When you see melted solder paste overflowing from the gaps in the module, it means the installation is successful.

6. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the Zener diode.

7. Finally, you can use Mechanic 500 lead-free circuit board cleaner to clean the residual soldering oil and solder paste on the surface of the module.
