Function Description:

1) The function of burning the control board: the knob on the fixture does not need to select the gear; when connecting the data cable to the control board, it is necessary to ensure that the contact is good and the cable sequence is not reversed; the computer software for viewing test results must be turned off and then Open the burning software; select the corresponding port in the burning software, which can be found in the computer device manager.

2) T measurement signal: Select this gear when repairing a defective hash board, find the position to be measured on the hash board, put the multimeter pen in place, step on the foot switch, and release the foot switch after seeing the test result of the multimeter; change the position and repeat the above steps.

3) N normal test: Select the corresponding chip model to test whether the hash board is normal. During the test, you need to step on the foot switch for a long time. Disconnecting it in the middle will cause the power-off test to fail. If the hash board is not connected or the hash board MT signal is abnormal, the test program will not run until the buzzer sounds.

4) F short circuit chip mode: For C and CK signals normal, the test result is 0 or less than the number of chips, after reaching this position, the short circuit chip clip is connected to the hash board (red + is connected to the D signal, black - is connected to the hash board chip -), press and hold to start the test, for example, short circuit between No. 10 and No. 11. If it reports 0 or 9, it means that it is abnormal before the 10th. If it reports 10, it means it is normal before the 10th.
