Nvidia's mining chip CMP shipped US$155 million in the first quarter.

On June 2nd, to alleviate the impact of the "mining" boom caused by Bitcoin on the supply of chips for gamers, Nvidia launched a chip CMP specifically for cryptocurrencies in March of this year. CMP brought the company up to 155 million US dollars in revenue in the first quarter. Nvidia predicts that the revenue from "mining" chips will reach US$400 million in the second quarter.
