MOS DMP34M4SPS-13 is designed to minimize RDS(ON) and maintain excellent switching performance. This device is very suitable for notebook battery power management and load switching.
The DMP34M4SPS-13 P-channel high-power MOS transistor is widely used in the power circuits of hash boards such as Antminer S19PRO, S19pro Hydro, and S19+. It controls the on/off state and current limiting of corresponding voltage domains, stably providing core power to ASIC chip groups. It is a core switching device for hash board partitioned power supply and hardware overcurrent protection. It effectively solves faults such as partitioned power supply short circuits, chip identification failures, hash rate drops, board disconnection/offline, and frequent restarts. By replacing faulty MOS chips, a stable power to each domain and the rated full-load hash rate of the entire machine can be restored, avoiding ASIC chip burnout and reducing mining farm downtime losses and repair rates.
