The FAN7382M1 is a monolithic high and low side gate−drive IC can drive MOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to +600 V. high−voltage process and common-mode noise canceling technique can provide high-side driver performance in high DV / DT noise environments Stable operation. The input logic level is compatible with standard TTL−series logic gates. UVLO circuits for both channels prevent malfunction when VCC or VBS is lower than the specified threshold voltage.
