The SY8113C operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and integrates main and synchronous switches with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses.
1MHz switching frequency enables low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size. It uses an instant PWM architecture for fast transient response for high buck applications.
