Operating procedures:
1) Replace the mold and put it into the copper-aluminum nose; pull out the metal pin, replace the mold with a suitable size, return the pin, and put it into the copper-aluminum nose.
2) Tighten clockwise; turn the oil return nut (ON) clockwise to start crimping.
3) Press the handle; swing the movable handle up and down repeatedly until the product is tightly crimped.
4) The crimping is firm; after the crimping is firm, turn the oil return nut counterclockwise, take out the copper and aluminum nose after the mold is loosened, and the operation is complete.
Notice:
Contamination and air in the hydraulic oil will damage the sealing elements of the tool, making the tool unable to use normally. During the process of replacing the hydraulic oil, it is necessary to ensure that it is clean and prevent foreign impurities from entering the hydraulic system. Wait a few minutes and drain the air in the oil bag before inserting the oil plug.
