Instructions:
1) Make sure that the welding part is dry and clean without oil and oxidation.
~Clean up the welding part as much as possible before welding; scrape it with a scraper or wipe it with alcohol.
2) Please use a high-power electric soldering iron.
~The temperature is around 350-400℃, and the soldering iron tip can be pointed or horseshoe, etc., during heat transfer and welding.
~Soft pack batteries need a soldering iron starting from 200W, and large batteries need a soldering iron starting from 500W.
3) Heat the part to be welded first.
~The tip of the soldering iron sticks to the welding part for a few seconds and then quickly sends the tin to the soldering point, and the welding is completed.
Reminder: During the soldering process, the soldering iron should not leave the metal surface; keep heating, solder while it is hot, and keep the tin wire as continuous as possible.
Use steps (take welding battery as an example):
1) Drop the flux on the cotton swab;
2) Wipe the positive terminal of the battery repeatedly with a cotton swab with flux;
3) Weld the welding wire on the positive end;
4) Welding is complete.
