Product description:

The 3PEAK TP2262 amplifier is a voltage amplifier on the Antminer APW11 power supply with low offset, low power consumption, and stable high-frequency response. They utilize 3PEAK's proprietary and patented design techniques to achieve good AC performance with 3.5MHz bandwidth, 15V/μs slew rate, and low distortion while consuming only a typical 700μA quiescent current per amplifier. It is ideal for industrial control, motor control, portable audio amplifiers, sound ports, and other consumer audio.

Feature:

• Supply voltage: 3V to 36V

• Low supply current: 1000μA maximum per channel

• Differential input voltage range of supply rails can be used as a comparator

• Input rail to –VS, rail to rail output

• Fast response: 3.5 MHz bandwidth, 15V/μs slew rate, 100ns overload recovery

• Low offset voltage:

- ±2mV maximum at 25°C,

- ±2.5mV maximum at -40°C to 85°C

- ±3mV maximum at -40°C to 125°C

• Extremely low THD+N: 0.0005% at gain = 1, 1kHz

• Excellent EMIRR: 60dB at 900MHz

• 2KV HBM, 1KV CDM, 150mA latch

• –40°C to 125°C operating temperature range
