NTC 5D-15 Thermistor
NTC 5D-15 thermistor is a spare part for repairing PSU power supply. This is a negative temperature coefficient resistor whose resistance decreases with the increase of ambient temperature. This thermistor is made by forming two or four metal oxides of iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese and copper and sintering at high temperature (1200℃~1500℃).
The PT series NTC thermistor must be connected in series with the power circuit to avoid surge current when the electronic circuit is opened.
