FAN7390MX is a monolithic high-end and low-end gate driver compatible with input logic, which can drive high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs with operating voltages up to 600V. It has a buffered output stage, and all NMOS transistors are designed for high pulse current drive capability and minimum cross conduction. Its high-voltage process and common-mode noise cancellation technology enable the high-end driver to operate stably in a high dv/dt noise environment. The advanced level shift circuit can provide high-side gate driver operation up to VS=-9.8V, with a typical value of VBS=15V.
