CD40109BNSR is a four-channel CMOS low-to-high voltage level converter, including four low-to-high voltage level conversion circuits. Each circuit will convert the low voltage digital logic input signal (A, B, C, D) with logic 1=VCC and logic 0=VSS into a higher voltage output signal with logic (E, F, G, H) 1= VDD and logic 0=VSS. CD40109BNSR is different from other low-to-high level conversion circuits in that it does not require a high-voltage power supply (VDD) before applying a low-voltage power supply (VCC) or input signal. There is no restriction on the application sequence of VDD, VCC or input signals.
