Fault: After running for a period of time, the hash board chip is missing or the ASIC chip status shows X.
For example, a working D3 hash board has 60 ASIC chips. The following figure shows that hash board No. 1 is missing chip, No. 2 is normal, and No. 3 shows X.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Replace with a well-known PSU for testing.
2. Confirm that the miner is well-grounded.
3. Confirm the network is normal.
1 Network => 2 Diagnosis => 3 Enter the pool layer => 4 Ping => 5 Check the result
Packet loss rate: 0% is normal.
Delay: The average delay is less than 100ms, and the deviation between the maximum delay and the average delay is not large, which is normal. (Take Antpool as an example: ping stratum.antpool.com)
4. Confirm that the miner is operating in a normal temperature environment and there is no dust accumulation or other debris attached.
How to clean and dust the Antminer?
5. If none of the above steps solve the problem, please send the device to the repair center for repair.
