What are the precautions for being put on the shelves of Antminer S19/S19 Pro?

Antminer S19 and S19pro may cause some problems for individual miners due to bumps and collisions during transportation and before use. Although, some miners do not need to repair, to reduce the number of your repairs, please check in the following ways:

1. The miners are not powered on

Check whether the power cable is energized; if not, check the power switch or replace the power cable.

Observe the control board lights, power supply, and miner fan for rotation if the power cord is powered. If there is no response, the power supply is determined to be faulty.

2. Unable to obtain IP

Please restore the factory settings if the miner cannot be scanned or the IP cannot be obtained. If the problem still exists, you need to check whether the network is normal.

If the network is normal, it is recommended to swipe the miner control board to deal with it.

3. Unable to configure miners

In the bulk management software interface, you need to click Save after changing the miners of the mining pool.

Confirm whether the firmware is the latest version. Please check the log; if the following information is displayed in the red box, you need to update the latest firmware.

4. Miners have no hash rate

Check whether the miner information of the mining pool is filled in correctly (note whether there are spaces);

Check whether the IP settings are set correctly;

Check if the fan data cable is loose or if the fan is damaged.

5. The miner drops the board

Check whether the data cable is loose and the power cable is in good contact.

Precautions:

1. If the number of faults is large, please contact the nearest maintenance center for assistance.

2. The old version of bulk tools (Ant bulk tool and BTC bulk tool) cannot perform batch operations on 19 series miners. The temporary version of the BTC bulk tool can modify the mining pool miners in batches. Please wait for the official version to be updated.
