Abnormal performance:
1. Miner restarts automatically;
2. Hash rate is unstable.
Reasons and solutions:
1. Interference. Miners are electronic products that are sensitive to electromagnetic interference. Miners may restart when control signals are disturbed. When the chip is disturbed, it may cause the chip or hash board to be abnormal. Generally, it can be recovered after restarting, and it can be prevented by measures such as grounding and shielding.
2. The power supply is unstable. When the miner is working, the output current of the hash board can reach 200-300A, and the output power of the water-cooled miner is higher. When the power output fluctuates wildly, it will cause the hash board to restart. This condition is usually not noticeable, and you can usually try to replace the power supply to fix the problem.
3. Low voltage or unstable voltage. You will need professional equipment or an experienced electrician to check to detect this problem.
4. The control board is damaged. The control board is the center of the miner, equivalent to a microcomputer. Flash memory contains firmware programs. When the control board is abnormal, it will also cause the miner to restart. Generally, you can restore the factory settings or try to swipe; if not, you need to repair the control board or replace it with a new one.
5. The chip is unstable. Generally, it can be found by querying the log. If the chip is lost or unstable, it can be replaced with a new one directly.
6. The network is unstable, and there is a certain probability that the miners will restart. Generally, you can try to replace the network cable or network cable connector for local inspection.
