1. The firmware upgrade problem is generally the problem of the IE kernel browser. When upgrading the firmware, you need to use the Google or Firefox browser. Other browsers may have compatibility problems. The IE browser is prone to problems.

2. Unable to set up the mining pool, please confirm whether the firmware is the test firmware. The test firmware cannot set the miner information of the mining pool. You need to swipe or not save the configuration from upgrading the firmware released by the official website.

3. If the card swipe is unsuccessful, the SD card is generally not ready. When preparing the SD card, several things need to be paid attention to; the SD card needs to be formatted in FAT32 format, the card swipe package needs to be decompressed and then copied to the SD card, and you need to follow the tutorial strictly.

4. After an unexpected power failure during the upgrade, if the upgrade is not possible or the card is unsuccessful, it is generally necessary to send it to the maintenance center for maintenance.

5. If there is no effect according to the above operation, the control board's problem needs to be repaired or replaced with a new control board.
