Antminer S19 Pro temp too high - S19 Pro Kernel Log

When the Antminer S19 Pro kernel log shows ERROR _ TEMP _ TOO _ HIGH, it may be the temperature sensor chip failure or the hash board chip failure; you can use the following methods to troubleshoot.

Troubleshooting:

a. Most temperature sensor chip problems are caused by chip pseudo soldering. It is necessary to measure the voltage and resistance of the corresponding chip, and the measured resistance can be compared with other hash boards of the same type or good hash boards.

b. If the temperature sensor chip is normal, it means that the chip, through which the temperature sensor circuit will pass through, may be abnormal.

Test method: use fluke 15b+ multimeter in DC gear and diode gear, connect the red test lead to the corresponding heat sink and test with the black test lead. Compare the measured chip data with the standard chip data. If an abnormality is found, it is recommended to replace the abnormal chip directly.
