When the Antminer S17+ kernel log shows that the miner status is ERROR_EEPROM_INFO, you can troubleshoot by the following methods.
Troubleshooting:
According to the kernel log, the Antminer S17+ has an EEPROM program error. Therefore, it is recommended to use the hash board code editor to re-flash the EEPROM program.
EEPROM program flashing steps:
Step 1: Read the data
1) Click the "NF" button to enter the function menu interface;
2) Insert the editor data cable into the hash board that needs to read data;
3) After entering the device, select (eerpom settings), and click the "OK" button;
4) Select (read eerpom) button and click "OK";
5) Enter the hash board model to be read, and click the "OK" button in the lower right corner to save the data. After saving the data, the device will automatically return to the initial interface.
Step 2: Write data
1) Click the (eerpom setting) button on the device again and click "OK";
2) Select (open eerpom) and click the "OK" button;
3) Find the data file saved in step 1 and click the "OK" button to confirm;
4) The device will return to the initial interface again; click the "OK" button on the editor to write the data to the hash board.
Step 3: Write data complete
After clicking the "OK" button, the device beeps once, indicating that the writing is successful, while the device beeps twice, indicating that the writing fails and needs to be rewritten.
