A miner reported that after his Antminer S19j Pro ran for a while, the log showed pic_disable_dc_dc_common failed (as shown in the figure below). After checking the log, our technicians found that the PIC failed to open the DCDC circuit, which caused the miner to fail to complete the initialization.
Solution:
For this failure, you can troubleshoot according to the following steps:
1. Check whether the hash board cable is loose or damaged.
2. Use a programmer to rewrite the PIC program.
3. Check the output of the PIC chip (the normal voltage is around 3.3V), and replace the PIC chip if the voltage is abnormal.
