I. Overview
Preventive maintenance is carried out at predetermined time intervals or by prescribed criteria to reduce the probability of product failure or prevent functional degradation. It mainly includes adjustments, regular inspections, and necessary repairs. Make equipment maintenance and operators familiar with the product's performance, structural principle, use method, and precautions so that the equipment can play its due function.
Do an excellent job in maintenance to ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
2. Operator monitoring
The operator monitors the status of the equipment when it is in normal use to detect potential failures. Once a fault alarm is found in the system, the operator should quickly confirm and check the fault to find the cause.
3. Use the inspection
When the operator uses the equipment normally, regular inspections are carried out according to the plan to determine whether the product performs the specified function.
a) Check whether the connections of supply and return pipelines, power lines, etc. are in good condition;
Inspection requirements: There is no leakage at each pipeline and connection and no damage to the cable;
Inspection method: visual inspection;
b) Check whether the liquid return pressure (back pressure) is low, and replenish the liquid in time;
Inspection requirements: The value of the return liquid pressure is higher than 0.05MPa (observe the main interface of the touch screen or the 1# pressure gauge); if the pressure is lower than this value, it needs to be replenished;
Inspection method: visual inspection, data comparison;
c) Check the liquid supply system, and record the temperature, pressure, and other data every half a day;
Inspection requirements: record supply/return liquid temperature, supply/return liquid pressure, supply liquid flow data, and observe whether the data tends to be stable in long-term operation;
Inspection method: visual inspection, data comparison;
d) Check the fault alarm conditions of the system, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. (the above fault conditions are displayed on the "fault alarm screen" on the touch screen), and record them every half a day.
Inspection requirements: check the system alarm points, and refer to the instruction manual for troubleshooting;
Inspection method: visual, on-demand;
Note: This is the water-cooled container parameter of the AVIC 1.3 version. If your product is from other manufacturers or versions, it may differ slightly from this parameter. This parameter is for reference only.
