Preparing the tank for rehydration:
1. Prepare the coolant;
2. Connect the external pipeline according to the AntSpace installation manual;
3. Check whether the plugs or ball valves on the automatic exhaust valve on the internal pipeline and external connecting pipeline of the container are all open ;
4. Open the top plug of the water tank to ensure that the water tank is connected to the atmospheric pressure;
5. Start preparing for rehydration.
Four basic operations of rehydration:
1. Preparation: prepare materials and tools, and open all exhaust valves of the system;
2. System rehydration: Use the self-priming pump and the rehydration pump to replenish the system, and the circulating pump is required to be manually exhausted;
3. Water tank rehydration: use the self-priming pump and the rehydration pump to rehydrate the water tank;
4. Regular rehydration: You can use the self-priming pump and the rehydration pump in conjunction with the manual rehydration port on the top of the water tank to rehydrate the water tank.
Preparing for air pressure:
1. Prepare the hose and air pump (selection basis: the internal volume of the system is about 1.5m3/h, and the corresponding air volume air pump is selected according to the time requirement; the maximum output air pressure is required to be above 8bar, and 10bar is the best);
2. Connect the external pipeline according to the AntSpace installation manual;
3. Check whether the plugs on the automatic exhaust valve or the ball valve on the internal pipeline and external connection pipeline of the container are all closed (screw the top nut of the automatic exhaust valve to open/close the automatic exhaust valve) (see Figure 1to Figure 4);
4. Start the system to pump air pressure.
