Product description:

The CAT24C256 is an EEPROM serial 256-Kb I2C on an Avalon 1346 hash board, internally organized into 32,768 words of 8 bits each. It has a 64-byte page write buffer and supports standard (100 kHz), fast (400 kHz), and fast enhanced (1 MHz) I2C protocols.
