NCP1397AG

NCP1397AG is a high-performance controller on the loveminer A1 PSU TT240015P-YTJ that can be used in half-bridge resonant topologies such as series, parallel, and LLC resonant converters. It integrates a 600V gate driver, simplifying layout and reducing external component count. Its controller features include automatic recovery or fault latch, brown−out, optocoupler open, soft-start, and short-circuit protection.
