Iceriver KS3M C19 power cord replacement and precautions

The Iceriver C19 power cord can be customized with different plugs to suit regions such as the UK, US and EU. This cable is suitable for BP-H-3640 and AP276A power supplies of KS3, KS3M, KS3L and other miners.

The core specification of the C19 power cable is 2.5mm² and the length is approximately 1.5 meters. The wire core material is oxygen-free copper cable, the cable is made of environmentally friendly high-quality PVC, and the plug uses an all-copper nickel-plated plug blade. Its rated current is 16A and its maximum voltage is 250V.

Advantages of C19 power cord:

1. The C19 power cord has a large current and is very suitable for connecting high-power equipment. The thickened wire core helps miners provide stable power supply.

2. New nickel-plated copper pin and jack design, the plug blade is durable and not easy to break. It has excellent flexibility and effectively ensures good contact and conductor performance of the power cord.

If the power cord is damaged or has poor contact, the miner will shut down unscheduledly and cause abnormal power, affecting mining performance. It is easy to cause damage to the internal components of the miner. Continued use of damaged power cords may lead to more serious consequences, such as causing fires and other safety accidents. If the power cable is found to be damaged, cut off the power immediately and stop using it. Replace damaged power cords promptly to avoid unstable power and ensure safety and reliability of use.

Steps to replace the power cord:

1. First turn off the power switch and unplug the faulty power cable.

2. If the power cord is burned, we need to check whether the power supply is abnormal and whether the power socket is burned before replacing it. If the socket is melted or deformed, the socket will also need to be replaced.

Before replacing the new power cable, check whether it is in good condition. Plug the C19 plug into the power supply socket and the other end into the PDU or power outlet. Finally, press the power switch button to power on the miner and check whether the miner can start and run normally.

Precautions:

1. Please pay attention to check whether the power cord is faulty during daily use, and replace it in time if it is damaged.

2. There are many reasons for damage, generally caused by short circuit or poor contact caused by excessive voltage, excessive current, aging circuits, etc.

3. Power cord remains in natural condition; long-term excessive pulling, bending, or plugging and unplugging can also cause damage to the circuit and burn out the cable.

4. Pay attention to keeping the plug clean during use to avoid poor contact.

6. If the power cord is burned due to an internal fault of the PSU, it is recommended to repair the miner first and then replace it with a new C19 power cable.
