The Antminer temperature sensor board is a module composed with two temperature sensor chips, which is suitable for Antminer S21, T21, S19, S19PRO, S19JPRO, S19XP, S19KPRO miner to replace the faulty LM75A, TMP75, and S75 temperature sensing chips on the hash board.
When miner's hash board experience abnormal temperature or frequently triggers the overheat protection mechanism, it may have some malfunctions in the temperature sensor chip of the hash board. Please replace it with a new one immediately to ensure the normal operation of the miner.
Usage instructions for the Antminer temperature sensor board:
1. Use the hash board test fixture to locate the faulty temperature sensor chip, and then remove it.
2. Install the new Antminer temperature sensor board to the corresponding position on the hash board. And the orientation can be confirmed by the pins. It is worth noting that installing the module in the air outlet of the hash board can reduce corrosion and damage.
3. Adjust and fix it with tweezers, add solder paste and flux, and solder the temperature sensor board onto the hash board using a soldering iron.
4. If the test fixture results show that the temperature data returns to normal (as shown in the figure below), it indicates the temperature sensing module was successfully replaced, then the fault has been resolved.
Through the above steps, you can successfully use the Antminer temperature sensor module to solve the high temperature failure problem of the miner's hash board to avoid further losses.
