ANLIXIN-862D desoldering station: Product Introduction and Usage

The ANLIXIN-862D desoldering station is a multifunctional repair tool that incorporates a desoldering gun and soldering iron. It combines the functions of both into a two-in-one design. The ANLIXIN-862D desoldering station is typically used for dismantling, soldering, and repairing electronic components. For example, remove or solder ASIC chips, temperature sensing chips, LDO chips, electrolytic capacitors, resistors and other components. It is suitable for repairs on most Antminer hash boards, Whatsminer hash board, Antminer power supplies, Avalon miner power supplies, and other ASIC miner repair.

Here are the usage instructions for the desoldering station:

Power on the ANLIXIN-862D desoldering station and turn it on (ensure the power voltage meets the specifications of the desoldering station), and set the appropriate heating temperature according to the type and size of the component.

Prepare other necessary tools, such as tweezers, cleaning agent, dust removal cloth, etc.

Dismantling components: Observe the pins and solder joints of the component. Use the hot air gun of the desoldering station to evenly heat the component to melt its solder joints. After the solder joints are melted, gently lift the component from the circuit board using tweezers. Finally, use a cleaning agent and dust removal cloth to clean the circuit board.

Soldering components: Align the pins of the component with the solder pads. Use the hot air gun of the desoldering station to evenly heat the component pins to melt the solder and form a good connection with the solder pads (we can gently press the component with tweezers to fix it). After soldering is complete, use a cleaning agent and dust removal cloth to clean the circuit board.

During the process of heating components with the hot air gun, please maintain a distance between them and control the heating time to prevent overheating and damaging the components or circuit board.

Note:

Before using the ANLIXIN-862D Desoldering Station, please remove the screws from the bottom. The screws are used to secure the air pump to prevent damage during transportation. If the screws that secure the air pump are not removed, it may cause vibrations, noise, and damage to the air pump during use.
