How to use the SS-331 desoldering station?

The Pro'sKit SS-331 desoldering station is a high-capacity, fully automatic solder suction device, and also a professional circuit board component desoldering gun. It is suitable for the maintenance of ASIC miner, and generally used for the repair of miner power supplies and hash boards.

Steps for using the Pro'sKit SS-331 desoldering station:

1. Correctly assemble the electric desoldering tool on the repair table.

2. Turn on the power and switch, then set the appropriate temperature. Removing different components requires different temperatures.

3. Apply flux to the plug-in component pins to be removed and use a desoldering gun to melt the solder. Then aim the nozzle of the desoldering gun at the pin and press the switch to remove the solder.

4. For different pins, the desoldering gun requires nozzles of different diameters.

5. If the pins are coated with insulating glue, they also need to be removed.

Maintenance method for Pro'sKit SS-331 desoldering gun:

1. After each use, it is recommended to vacuum 3 to 5 times to remove the residual solder in the tube.

2. If the suction decreases, please use a stainless steel needle to clean the steel pipe.

3. Remove the glass tube and clean the solder residue inside it. When the filter cotton at the nozzle becomes hard, it needs to be replaced in time.

Note:

After using the desoldering gun, if it is kept at high temperature, the solder remaining in the thin steel pipe will oxidize and produce tin slag. The expansion of tin slag oxidation will stick to the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe, producing solid powder that cannot be pierced with a needle. So we should deal with tin slag in time.
