How to use the WANPTEK KPS3030D DC power supply?

The WANPTEK KPS3030D is a high-power DC power supply that can be used for hash board repairs of miner such as Antminer, WhatsMiner, Avalonminer, and Innosilicon miner. It supports various hash board models, including Antminer L7, S19 series, Innosilicon T2, Whatsminer M50, M31S, and more.

Steps to Use the KPS3030D:

Prepare the tools: Red and black crocodile power cord, ASIC miner test fixture (such as PicoBT test fixture), APW3+ PSU, hash board to be tested.

1. Connect the KPS3030D to a power cord and turn on the switch.

2. Press the "OCP" switch, and when the indicator light is red and constantly lit, it can supply power to the hash board.

3. Adjust the voltage and current knobs (upper knob for voltage, lower knob for current). Rotate counterclockwise to decrease the value and clockwise to increase. The current is usually automatically adjusted, so set it to the maximum. Adjust the voltage according to the hash board being tested.

4. Use a thicker red and black crocodile power cord to connect to the positive and negative poles of the power supply, black is "-" and red is "+". Be careful not to reverse the negative pole direction.

5. Place the hash board to be tested on a cooling fan for heat dissipation.

6. Use PicoBT test fixture to test the hash board and use APW3+ PSU to power the test fixture.

7. Connect the tester cable to the hash board, and then clamp the other end of the red and black crocodile power cable to the positive and negative terminals of the hash board.

8. Select the hash board model on the test fixture, then press the "Output" button on the KPS3030D, and finally press the test button on the test fixture. You can then see on the KPS3030D screen that the output voltage is stable, and the output current is automatically adjusted.
