Replacement guide for Whatsminer GH14038BZW-1 cooling fan

The GH14038BZW-1 cooling fan is a high-efficiency replacement for Whatsminer miners. It has a rated value of DC 12V 4.5A, 140x140x38mm size. With its optimized structure, airflow has enhanced while minimizing vibration and noise. It is not only suitable for the newly launched M50 M60 models, but also for the M20 M30 and others air-cooled miners.

The miner's fan fails will lead to abnormal noise, unstable fan speed or not running, which may affect the heat dissipation performance of the machine even damage other electronic components. Once these faults are discovered, the fan must be replaced promptly to ensure the normal operation of the miner.

Specific replacement steps are as follows:

1. Power off the miner, unplug the fan connection cable.

2. Remove the fixing screws of the fauty cooling fan, carefully remove it from the miner, then remove the fan protective net on top of it.

3. Check the appearance of the new GH14038BZW-1 cooling fan if it is intact, align the fan guard with the screw holes of the new cooling fan, and use screws to pass through the holes for easy fixing later.
