If the auxiliary circuit small board of the Avalon PSU 3300-03 power supply fails or is damaged, it will cause a short circuit, the miner cannot start normally, and the power board has poor heat dissipation. More seriously, the internal components of the power supply main board may be damaged due to overheating, resulting in damage to the entire PSU.
The Avalon 1399Am power supply small board can assist in the maintenance of the Avalon PSU3300-03 and quickly solve a series of faults.
Steps for replacing the Avalon NCP1399Am auxiliary circuit replacement board:
Prepare the tools: Pro'sKit SS-331 desoldering station, flux, soldering iron, solder wire, Avalon 1399Am auxiliary circuit replacement board.
Please turn off the Avalon miner, remove the PSU, disassemble its protective casing, and remove the power board.
First, preheat the Pro'sKit SS-331 desoldering station, and locate the faulty auxiliary circuit board.
Second, apply flux to the pins of the board. Use the desoldering gun to melt the solder. After melting, align the nozzle of the desoldering gun with the pins of the board, press the desoldering gun's switch to suck up the melted solder and remove the faulty board.
Then, install the new one in its corresponding position, then use a soldering iron and solder wire to solder its pin onto the solder pads.
Finally, place the power board back into the PSU protective casing and reassemble it.
At this point, the soldering of the Avalon 1399Am power supply small board is complete.
Notes:
The nozzle type of the desoldering gun should correspond to the pins of the Avalon 1399Am auxiliary circuit replacement board.
Remember to clean the desoldering gun promptly after use.
The Avalon NCP1399AM PSU auxiliary circuit board can improve power conversion efficiency and reduce energy waste. It also provides a stable power, reducing hardware failures or damage caused by power issues, and extending the service life of the Avalon series miners.
