Steps to replace PSU3400-01 for Avalon A1346:

Disconnect the powering of Avalon A1346, unscrew the fixing screws on the PSU protective shell, and remove it.

Unplug the relevant connection cables of the control board. Simply clean the dust and unscrew the 4 fixing screws on the power supply terminal. Press the plug of the PSU slot, slide the old one off the fixed rail on the slot and remove it.
