The replacement steps for the A113D control board CPU chip are as follows:
1. Remove the protective cover plate on top of the miner, unplug the cables connected to the control board (Notice: remember the position of each cable connection), then take the motherboard out to an insulated workbench.
2. Add an appropriate amount of no-cleaning flux around the pins of the CPU chip, then use a hot air gun (around 400℃, second-gear wind speed) to heat it from 5cm above, constantly move over the chip while heating, don't heat in a fixed position. When the solder melts, slowly lift the chip with tweezers to remove it.
3. Clean the solder residue from the solder pad with the solder wick, then use a cooling fan to cool the control board.
4. Tin the new main control chip with the A113D control board chip tinning tool.
5. Align the pins of the tinned A113D controller chip with the CPU solder pads on the control board, then add some flux, heat with a hot air gun until the tin melts, next gently press with tweezers for a few seconds to ensure a firm connection. Cool and clean the control board.
6. Check the soldering condition of the new chip to ensure no virtual joints, unsoldered connections, or short circuits. Install the control board in its original position, connect the cables to their corresponding interfaces, and fix the protective cover plate.
Power on the miner to observe whether its operating status has returned to normal.
