Using steps for the 1166PRO silicone grease printing fixture:

Prepare the tools: 1166PRO silicone grease printing mold, thermal grease, scraper, dust-removing cloth, lead free circuit board cleaner.

1. Remove the heat sink from the Avalon 1166pro hash board.

2. Use the dust-removing cloth and lead free circuit board cleaner to clean the surface of the heat sink, ensuring it is free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities.

3. Align the 1166PRO silicone grease printing jig with each ASIC chip to ensure a tight fit.

4. Open the thermal grease container and use a scraper to take out an appropriate amount of thermal grease to avoid excess or insufficient. Then apply them evenly on the coating surface of the 1166PRO silicone grease printing jig to ensure that there are no bubbles or impurities.

5. Gently press the jig to print the thermal grease evenly on the asic chip. Note that the pressure should be moderate to avoid damaging the chip or printing tool.

6. After removing the mold, check the application of thermal grease on each ASIC chip to ensure that the thermal grease is evenly distributed without obvious voids or accumulation.

7. If the thermal grease overflows at the edge, it can be gently scraped off with a scraper.

8. Finally, reinstall the heat sink accurately on the hash board.

When using the 1166PRO silicone grease printing fixture, ensure that the thermal silicone grease is evenly distributed on the fixture to guarantee it is evenly printed onto the ASIC chip.

The amount of thermal silicone grease should be moderate. Too much may lead to decreased heat dissipation performance, while too little may result in uneven heat dissipation.

During the application and printing process, avoid impurities entering the thermal silicone grease, which may affect its heat dissipation performance.
