The 80W manual soldering gun is used in the repair process of ASIC miners, welding electronic components on hash boards or control boards to ensure the miners' normal operation.

Advantages and features of the 80W manual soldering gun:

1. The 80W power is sufficient to handle most soldering tasks, ensuring soldering results while avoiding energy waste and potential safety risks brought by high power.

2. It is easy to use, even for beginners, enabling them to quickly master the operation and thus improve work efficiency.

3. It has high reliability and durability, able to operate stably in various working environments.

4. The handle contains insulating material, ensuring safer use.

5. It comes with a solder wire holder that allows easy insertion and removal of solder wire loops.

6. It is equipped with a high-quality power cable. The power cable has a rubber shell that is anti-oxidation and high-temperature resistant.

Steps for using an 80W manual soldering gun:

1. Preparation Tools: ASIC miner hash board or control board, 80W manual soldering gun, dust cloth, soldering wire, electronic components to be soldered

2. First, place the ASIC miner board on the workbench, clean the soldering area, removing oil stains, oxides, and other impurities to ensure a clean soldering surface.

3. Connect the soldering gun to the power supply and wait for it to preheat to the set temperature. Generally, a temperature setting between 300°C and 400°C is suitable for most electronic components.

4. Place the electronic component to be soldered on the solder pad and align its leads with the soldering points.

5. Gently touch the soldering tip of the soldering gun to the soldering point, while simultaneously touching the soldering wire to the tip, allowing the wire to melt and flow into the soldering point. Avoid leaving the soldering tip on the soldering point for too long to prevent damaging the component.

6. Once the soldering wire has completely melted and flowed into the soldering point, quickly remove the soldering gun and soldering wire.

7. After soldering is complete, turn off the soldering gun's power supply and wait for it to cool to room temperature.

Notes:

1. The soldering time should be as short as possible to reduce thermal damage to the electronic components. Generally, the soldering time should be completed within a few seconds.

2. Ensure the soldering point is smooth, with no bubbles, cracks, and is tightly connected to the component.

3. After soldering work is completed, clean the work area and put the soldering wire, soldering gun, and other tools back in their places.

The 80W manual soldering gun can help repair damaged electronic components during the repair of ASIC miners, reducing downtime. It also ensures the stability of ASIC miners by providing high-quality soldering services, thus improving mining efficiency and profits.
