Installing the Lian Li 12KW Hydro ASIC water cooling radiator can help miners dissipate heat quickly. ASIC miners generate a large amount of heat during operation, and the liquid cooling radiator can quickly and effectively take away the heat, keeping the equipment operating at an appropriate temperature and avoiding performance degradation, failures, and even damages due to overheating.
The Lian Li 12KW Hydro ASIC water cooling kit adopts an integrated pump radiator application, supporting 12KW high-power heat dissipation. It has an internal adjustable speed fan with 500-6000RPM. It has a manual integrated pressure-reducing valve and a powerful water pump. The liquid cooling radiator has a built-in 220V power supply, eliminating the need for an external one. One-click startup avoids repeated plugging and unplugging. It has excellent heat dissipation performance and wide compatibility, making it suitable for water-cooled miners such as M33S+ / M33S++ / M53 / M53S / S19+Hyd / S19PRO+Hyd, and also ideal for most ASIC miners' water-cooled, such as Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, Innosilicon, etc.
Detailed instructions for assembling the external water cooling radiator:
1. Prepare the kits needed for installation:
Lian Li 12KW liquid cooling radiator, bottom bracket, water pump, water pump bracket, power cord with plug, power cord bracket, short transparent water pipe, and long silicone hose.
The water pipes and quick connector kits for the inlet and outlet of miners need to be prepared respectively in two sizes, the 12mm water-cooling kits and the 10mm liquid-cooling kits.

2. Install the bottom bracket of the water cooled radiator.
3. Install the power cord on the power cord bracket and fix it with screws, then fix the bracket directly to the side of the liquid cooling radiator.
4. Install the water pump bracket and tighten the screws on both sides of the water pump with a screwdriver. Then fix the water pump and its bracket to the water cooling radiator.
5. The power cord installed in step 3 is used for the connection between the water pump and the liquid cooling radiator.
6. A transparent water pipe of approximately 20cm-25cm is used to connect the water inlet of the water pump and the water outlet of the 12KW water cooling radiator.
Note: To prevent air bubbles and damage to the pump, it is recommended to fully insert the water inlet pipe into the pump when installing the pump.
7. Cut the white silicone long hose into two equal length sections. One end of each of the two water pipes is respectively connected to the water outlet of the water pump and the water inlet of the liquid cooling radiator.
8. The other ends of the two water pipes are used to connect to the liquid cooling plate on the miner. Connect the water outlet of the water pump to the water inlet of the miner's water cooling plate, and connect the water inlet of the Lian Li 12KW liquid cooled radiator to the water outlet of the water cooling plate. As shown in the connection of the water cooled miner in the following figure, the connection principle of the ASIC miner and the liquid cooling radiator is the same.
In the following figure, 1 is the water inlet of the miner, 2 is the water outlet, 3 is the water outlet of the water pump, and 4 is the water inlet of the water cooled radiator. That is, 3 is connected to 1, and 4 is connected to 2.

During long term and high intensity mining operations, traditional air cooling may not be able to dissipate heat in time, while the water cooling radiator can continuously and stably cool the key components. By stabilizing the working temperature of the miner, ensuring the stability of its hash rate output, and reducing hash rate fluctuations caused by temp fluctuations, mining efficiency and earnings can be improved.
The fan matched with the liquid radiator can usually achieve the same heat dissipation effect at a lower speed, thereby reducing operating noise and providing a quieter working environment. Even in harsh environments with high temperatures or poor ventilation, this water cooling radiator can still perform well, allowing miners to operate normally and stably without being overly disturbed by external environmental factors.
