1. This time, we use a second-hand BM1368PB chip for testing. First, it needs to be cleaned with circuit board cleaner and dust-free cloth. If it is a new chip, this step is not required.
2. Power on the tester and wait for the screen to light up. Because the chip has not been placed yet, the second row will display "ERROR" in the initial state.
3. Press the fixing buckle upwards to open the test socket. After opening it, we can see the chip test area.
4. At this time, the chip can be placed in the detection area. The positive and negative poles cannot be installed wrongly, otherwise the test result will be incorrect. The " + " on the left corresponds to the positive pole of the chip, and the " - " on the right corresponds to the negative pole.
5. After covering the test socket cover, press the test button. We can see that the upper row displays the chip model, and the lower row displays the test result "PASS", indicating that this is a good chip and can be used continuously.
6. Test another second-hand BM1368PB chip according to the above steps. We can see that its test result shows "ERROR", indicating that this is a faulty chip. If the chip is damaged, it cannot be used continuously. We can choose a new BM1368PB chip for replacement.
