Replacement method for Antminer S21Pro A113D control board

The Antminer S21Pro control board adopts the Amlogic A113D main control chip, equipped with a micro USB data interface and a square 4-pin fan interface, ensuring the efficient mining performance of the S21pro miner. Unlike other versions of the A113D control boards, the size of the S21Pro control board has undergone significant changes to match the wider body design.

1. Power off the mining machine, unplug the power cord, then wait for a few minutes to let it cool down.

2. Disassemble the 2 fixing screws of the control board cover plate, gently lift and slide it to remove.

3. Unplug all the ribbon cables connected to the control board.

4. Remove the 2 fixing screws of the control board side baffle, subsequently, carefully remove it. Then slide the faulty control board out of the track along the air-inlet direction of the miner.

5. Inspect the new Bitmain S21Pro control board to confirm that its components are well-soldered without any obvious damage. After passing the inspection, install the new control board to its original position.

6. Connect the previously removed cables to the control board's corresponding interfaces, ensuring a stable connection. Then align the side plate with the holes and tighten the screws. Finally, install the top protective cover plate.

7. Insert the network cable, and then power on the S21Pro mining rig. Enter its background management interface to view its operating data, confirming that the machine has resumed normal operation.
