How to install the immersion C2 C6 cooling kit for ASIC miners?

The cryptocurrency market, as an arena for innovation and high-performance equipment, continuously attracts the exploration of cutting-edge technologies. The field of cooling equipment is no exception. The immersion cooling kits C2 and C6 enable ASIC miners to achieve efficient heat dissipation with their unique heat dissipation methods. It is suitable for miners such as Antminer (except E9pro), Whatsminer, Avalon, and Iceriver. The C2 kit can accommodate 2 ASIC miners, and the C6 kit can accommodate up to 6 ASIC miners. It is an excellent choice for many miners for miner heat dissipation.

After receiving the product, it may be difficult for us to install the cooling kit C2 C6 specifically. Don't worry. Next, taking the immersion C2 cooling kit as an example, we will introduce the installation process in detail.

In addition, we need to prepare a PDU and two C13 power cords to power the water tank and dry cooler.

II. Installation tutorial for the immersion cooling kit C2

1. When installing, the installation location must be selected in advance. Once selected, it may be very difficult to change the location. We recommend placing the cooler in a shaded area outdoors. The minimum gap from the surrounding walls is 0.6m. The distance between the tank and the cooler should not exceed 5 meters, if more we will need longer pipes.

2. If we plan to install vertically, make sure the height difference does not exceed 3 meters.

3. After the position is fixed, take out the gasket and rubber hose from the accessories and insert the gasket into the pipe joint.

4. Connect the water outlet of the water tank to the water inlet of the dry cooler, and connect the water inlet of the water tank to the water outlet of the dry cooler. In this way, the external circulation structure is connected. Please see the connection effect diagram below.

5. Take out the clean mining equipment. The fan simulator needs to be installed inside in advance. Then install the provided handle and screw accessories to the position of the fan for easy handling. After installation, place the mining equipment into the water tank.

6. Connect the water tank with the C13 plug of the power cord, and then connect it to the socket. The dry cooler is also connected to the PDU with a C13 power cord. Ensure that the voltage is set to 200-240V and the frequency is set to 50-60Hz.

7. Once the power is connected, use an oil pump to inject the coolant into the C2 tank.

8. We can start by filling the overflow groove with coolant to help eliminate air quickly. Continue to add coolant until the liquid level covers the overflow groove.

9. It is worth mentioning that there is a hidden hole at the bottom of the water tank. When draining oil, unscrew the screws around the small square at the bottom of the box, insert the oil pump, and oil can be easily pumped from the pipeline, thus avoiding waste.

10. Press the button on the screen, and the system will enter the self-check mode.

11. During this process, some coolant will enter the pipeline and the dry cooler, resulting in a gradual drop in the liquid level.

12. At this time, we continue to add coolant to the overflow groove until the liquid level is stable. This indicates that the cycle debugging in the tank has been completed.

13. Please note that if the pump idles after the cycle starts, the exhaust valve should be opened manually until it flows out. After the coolant flows out of the valve, close it, otherwise the coolant will leak. Subsequently, use the power cord to connect the mining equipment to a household socket.

14. After configuring the mining pool on the PC, insert the Ethernet cable of the miner. After the miner starts, press the start mining button on the screen, and the screen will display the current coolant temperature and mining status.

15. Press and hold the screen button to cut off the power of the miner and keep mining. In this way, the specific installation of C2 is completed, and the miner can be cooled.

Finally, I will introduce a hidden function of the C2 immersion cooling equipment, that is, the automatic speed control function of the system. Our C2 dry cooler uses an EC fan, which can adjust the speed according to the oil temperature entering the fuel tank or the oil temperature discharged by the fan. It can adjust the fan speed according to our specific requirements.

This C2 cooler offers two modes to choose from:

1. Normal mode (activated when the button is up)

The fan speed starts at 20.5°C and reaches maximum speed at 28.9°C in normal mode.

2. Heating mode (activated when the button is pressed)

In heating mode, the fan speed starts at 41.3°C and reaches the maximum speed at 49.7°C.
