The BM1684 core board adopts the SOPHON hash rate AI processor BM1684, which has an eight-core ARM Cortex-A53, the highest frequency is 2.3GHz, and adopts a 12nm process; it can be configured with a large internal size of 12GB; the INT8 hash rate is as high as 17.6T or 2.2T FP32 High-precision hash rate, support for mainstream programming frameworks, complete toolchain, high ease of use, and low cost of algorithm migration; the core board of high-performance industry motherboards adopts 260P standard SODIMM immersion gold interface, small in size; combined with the backplane to form a complete high-performance Industry motherboard; BM1684 core board is equipped with rich expansion interfaces, including PCle3.0, GMAC, SDIO3.0, I2C, PWM, UART, GPIO, easy to integrate into various edge embedded products; suitable for visual computing and edge computing, general hash rate service and other AI computing scenarios.
