RS3236-1.2YF5 1.2V LDO for Antminer S19j hash board repair

The RS3236 family of low-power, low-dropout CMOS LDOs operates from an input voltage range of 1.7V to 7.5V and can deliver up to 500mA of output current. RS3236-1.2YF5 comes in a green SOT23-5 package. It operates in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The RS3236 family of devices is specifically designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, providing low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line and load transient response.

The device is designed to use 1-µF input and 1-µF output ceramic capacitors (no separate noise bypass capacitors required). In addition, an external noise bypass capacitor connected to the device's BP pin can further reduce the noise level. Additional features include a 10nA logic-controlled shutdown mode, foldback current limit, and thermal shutdown protection.
