The TLV75512PDRVR is an ultra-small, low quiescent current, low dropout regulator (LDO) that provides 500mA with good circuit and load transient performance. It supports an input voltage range of 1.45V to 5.5V and provides a fixed output voltage of 1.2V to support the lower core voltages of modern microcontrollers (MCUs). The TLV755P has a low IQ and enables features to minimize standby power consumption. It also has an internal soft-start feature that reduces inrush current, providing a controlled voltage to the load and minimizing input voltage drop during startup.
