SN74LVC1G14DCKR single schmitt-trigger inverter

SN74LVC1G14DCKR single Schmitt trigger inverter, silk screen marked CF*, the device operates as a standalone inverter with a Schmitt trigger input, the device has positive (VT+) and negative (VT–) signals Different input threshold levels to provide hysteresis (ΔVT) allow the device to tolerate slow or noisy input signals. This device is suitable for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output when the device is powered down. This inhibits current from flowing back into the device, preventing damage.

• ESD protection exceeds JESD 22

– 2000V Human-body model (A114-A)

• Supports 5V VCC operation

• Maximum tpd of 4.6 ns at 3.3 V
