CAT24M01WI-GT3 is a 1Mb I²C CMOS serial EEPROM with an internal organization of 131072 8-bit words. It has a 256-byte page write buffer and supports standard 100kHz, fast 400kHz and fast plus 1MHz I²C protocols. The write operation can be disabled by pulling the WP pin high (this can protect the entire memory). The external address pins can address up to eight CAT24M01 devices on the same bus. On-chip ECC (Error Correcting Code) makes this device suitable for high-reliability applications.
