74AXP1T34GWH is a dual power conversion buffer in a 5-pin TSSOP package. It has one input (A), one output (Y) and dual power supply pins (VCCI and VCCO). The input is referenced to VCCI, and the output is referenced to VCCO. All inputs can be directly connected to VCCI or GND. It can ensure very low static and dynamic power consumption throughout the power supply range, and is fully suitable for partial power-off applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuit disables the output, preventing potentially damaging backflow current through the device when power is off.
