MAX3378EEBC+T is a ±15KV ESD protection, 1µA four-channel low-voltage level translator in a 12-pin UCSP package. This ESD-protected level shifter provides the level shifting required to allow data transmission in multi-voltage systems. The externally applied voltages VCC and VL set the logic level on either side of the device. The low-voltage logic signals present on the VL side of the device appear as high-voltage logic signals on the VCC side of the device, and vice versa. It runs at a guaranteed data rate of 8Mbps over the entire specified operating voltage range.
