Black Rock Petroleum Company (BKRP), a Nevada company, announced that it has signed a binding agreement with Optimum Mining Host Limited Liability Co (OMH) to host and operate up to 1 million Bitcoin mining machines. The contract period between the two parties is 24 months and can be extended by 12 months, but prior notice is required. OMH will pay for all electricity supply costs. It is reported that these mining machines are from China and exported from OMH to Canada. They are deployed by BKRP in three natural gas production bases in Alberta, Canada. The first batch of 200,000 mining machines will be in Quirk Creek, which BKRP recently announced plans to acquire. The natural gas plant is hosted on-site and operated by Caledonian Midstream Corporation.
