ARCTIC MX-6 is a carbon filler-based thermal paste that reaches its high-efficiency performance immediately after application and distribution without the need for aging. The silicone used as a carrier allows for even distribution, which is achieved by uniform contact pressure, for example, when installing radiators. It neither conducts electricity nor corrodes capacitors. This eliminates the risk of short circuits or discharges, which can cause severe damage to components if care is not taken. Thermal paste also does not contain liquid metal components, which can often cause discoloration, wear, or corrosion damage to the bottom of a heat sink.

Note: Each Iceriver hash board requires approximately MX-6 thermal paste 4g; re-pasting the KS3M KS3L KS5M KS5L requires approximately 12g MX-6 thermal paste in total. KS1/KS2 has fewer chips, and KS3 and KS5 series have more chips.

Arctic MX-5 thermal paste is used to fill the uneven gap between the ASIC chip and the heat sink and fundamentally improve the heat transfer effect. It is one of the common tools for repairing and welding ASIC chips. The silicone grease is packaged in a needle tube, which quickly and conveniently cools down. The silicone grease comes with a spatula for easy application. Arctic MX-5 adds a new optimized thermally conductive compound for improved heat transfer efficiency and longer life. MX-5 does not contain metal particles, will not conduct electricity, and will not corrode hash boards and ASIC chips.

Precautions for use:

1. When applying silicone grease, the surface of the ASIC chip top cover and the radiator base should be cleaned first. If the residue has dried and hardened, it is recommended to wipe it with a cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Stubborn hardening can be rubbed off with light pressure.

2. The needle tube design is convenient for applying silicone grease, which can be applied evenly using "five-point type," "x-shaped," or with the help of a combined spatula.
