Product description:

D9D300 is a switching voltage regulator chip located on the E9 pro hash board, the chip position is U151. It is often used to replace the faulty chip with the corresponding mark to ensure the normal operation of the hash board.

BD9D300MUV is a synchronous buck-switching regulator with a built-in low-on-resistance power MOSFET. Capable of delivering up to 3 A, the chip operates at a high oscillation frequency with low inductance. The original on-time control system can operate with low power consumption under light load conditions, making it ideal for reducing the device's standby power consumption.
