Product description:

600V Class X3 Super Junction MOSFET IXFH48N60X3 with 48A nominal current rating and TO-247 package, commonly used in Avalon power supply. These power MOSFETs' channel resistance RDS(on) and gate charge Qg are significantly reduced. They have the lowest Figure of Merit (FOM) RDS(on)xQg and RDS(on)xRthJC, enabling their thermal design to achieve higher efficiency. This family of power MOSFETs has a body diode that provides a low reverse recovery charge (QRM) and short reverse recovery time (trr).
