SGM3756 38V High Efficiency Boost White LED Driver

The SGM3756 is a 38V step-up WLED driver with high efficiency, low EMI, and high output voltage. The boost converter integrates a 40V, 1.5A internal FET and operates at 1.2MHz. Its powerful driving capability can drive single or multiple parallel LED strings and be used as an LED driver to backlight smartphones and tablets. The GM3756 provides excellent line and load regulation and excellent load transient response. SGM3756 also has various protection functions such as LED open circuit protection, OCP protection, and thermal shutdown protection.

• Input voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V

• Integrated 40V, 1.5A current-limited MOSFET

• 1.2MHz switching frequency

• 200mV reference voltage

• PWM brightness control

• Under voltage protection

• Efficiency up to 90%

• Built-in soft start function

• Thermal shutdown

• -40℃ to +85℃ operating temperature range

• Available in green TDFN-2×2-6L package
